    Welcome to Argent Capital. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User") and Argent Capital ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to our website and the use of our proprietary software, custom coding services, and Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting environments.

    1. Technology Services & Scope of Work

    Argent Capital is a technology provider. We provide:

    • Custom Software Development: Programming services for Expert Advisors (EAs) based strictly on client-provided logic.
    • Software Licensing: Time-limited access to proprietary automated tools.
    • Managed Hosting (VPS): Pre-configured Windows VPS environments designed to host and run your licensed software.

    2. Educational Shield & Non-Custodial Disclaimer

    2.1 No Investment Advice

    Argent Capital is not a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. All software, code, and content provided are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide "buy" or "sell" signals or investment strategies.

    2.2 Non-Custodial Service

    Argent Capital does not hold, manage, or have access to client brokerage funds. The VPS is a technical hosting environment; the client remains the sole operator of their brokerage account.

    2.3 Risk of Loss

    Trading in financial markets involves a high risk of loss. Past performance of any software or strategy is not a guarantee of future results.

    3. VPS Hosting & Managed Access

    3.1 Technical Environment

    We provide the VPS "as-is" for the purpose of running licensed software. While we ensure high uptime, we are not liable for losses caused by third-party server outages, internet latency, or hardware failure.

    3.2 Access & Privacy

    By using our VPS, you acknowledge that Argent Capital, as the infrastructure owner, maintains "System Administrator" access. We agree to access the VPS only for technical maintenance, software updates, or security audits. We will never interact with your brokerage terminal or personal trading data without express written consent.

    3.3 Security

    Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their VPS login credentials once handed over.

    4. Licensing & Manual Renewal

    4.1 Access Licenses

    Software access is provided on a fixed-term basis (e.g., 30-day or 365-day licenses).

    4.2 No Auto-Renewal

    To ensure client transparency, we do not use recurring billing. Access will automatically lapse at the end of the term.

    4.3 Manual Renewal

    It is the User's sole responsibility to manually renew their license via the Account Dashboard to prevent service interruption.

    5. Billing & Payments

    5.1 Transactions

    All payments are processed securely via Revolut Merchant Services.

    5.2 Refunds

    • Custom Code: Sales are final once programming has commenced.
    • Software Rentals: As digital products are delivered and activated instantly, refunds are generally not provided unless a technical defect is proven.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All proprietary software remains the exclusive intellectual property of Argent Capital. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our code.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argent Capital shall not be liable for any financial losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our software or VPS hosting. Use of automated trading systems is at your own risk.
